Knowing when to cut the losses....Fck up Business moments

My main practice taught me a hard lesson ie Louis Pasteur practice. I pushed hard till practice grew many folds. Naturally I hired more Drs and more staff.

This was unmanaged growth which rwsulted in increased salaries, admin inefficiency and drs were under performing.  Practice did not make more money so i did not have enough money for running costs

what I should have done

cut staff and reduce expenses, i did not instead I used my other income for 36 months thinking that all will be well

There was no hope in sight ....I was subsequently forced to let go the main practice to cut losses
